ACE INTEGRITY SYSTEMS, INC. shall not be liable for damages or claims incurring from the failure of any equipment or installation. It is the final responsibility of the purchaser to insure that all applications are within the bounds of legal and technical specifications. It is the responsibility of the end-user to follow all manufactures application notes to insure the best performance and optimal reliability offered by each product.
ACE INTEGRITY SYSTEMS, INC. shall not be liable for the warranty of any equipment sold at this web-site other than those offered by the individual manufactures. ACE INTEGRITY SYSTEMS, INC. will not be liable for damages incurred upon equipment caused by improper installation, connection, application or configuration of any product. All warranty claims that occur within the manufactures warranty period will be gladly handled by ACE INTEGRITY SYSTEMS, INC. at our processing center. Those claims occurring beyond the warrantees expiration date must be the negotiated through the original equipment manufacturer.
CUSTOMERS RETURNING ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, WITH ORIGINAL PACKING AND MANUALS, WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT FOR FULL PURCHASE PRICE, EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
